Clean and Simple IDX Search for Cape May County

I worked as a real estate agent in Avalon, NJ from 1999 until 2003. During that time I learned that what people like is a simple interface that lets them see properties quickly. No annoyances, no hassles. No forced signups.
Most of the options out there are frames-based and look the same. I wanted to make an IDX that seemlessly integrates into the website so people don't feel like they're using that same-old search system again.
